Domestic transfers typically complete in 2–4 weeks. International timelines vary by jurisdiction and are confirmed during the initial intake assessment—providing you with a clear, predictable schedule before anything moves.

What if my metal hasn't been authenticated?

That’s exactly what the transfer process handles. Non-authenticated metal goes through professional assay and verification as part of onboarding — confirming purity and weight before it’s accepted into allocated custody. This is a standard step in GBI’s white-glove transfer-in service: we coordinate the pickup, transport, and verification for you, and the position is only reflected in your account once authentication is complete.

Can I get my metal back?

Absolutely. You maintain complete beneficial ownership of your authenticated physical holdings. Withdrawal requests can be processed for delivery or physical collection by following standard regulatory verification guidelines.

What does it cost?

Our cost structure depends entirely on total holding value and physical vault location. Management fees are transparent, comprehensive, and cover secure custody, continuous auditing, and standard administrative overhead.
